At FÉONA, every piece is thoughtfully crafted and carefully inspected before it reaches you. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for an exchange, items must:
* Be unworn and unwashed.
* Be returned in their original condition.
* Include all original tags and packaging.
* Show no signs of wear, alteration, or damage.
Exchange requests are subject to product availability.
Refunds
Refunds are accepted only if:
* You receive a damaged or defective item.
* You receive the wrong product.
Once your request is reviewed and approved, the refund will be processed through your original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that:
* Have been worn or washed.
* Have had tags removed.
* Have been altered.
* Are damaged after delivery.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item.
We'll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
